Am in Quandary !
Explanation first:

Am "webmaster"for nonprofit (with very little money) website hosted by NetFirms (who use SiteLock for all security matters). In the past few weeks, they (NetFirms and SiteLock) have stated that the website had several files infected by malware – I checked these files and they did not have malware (they were temporary files that were not needed) – so I deleted them anyway. Thus, website was clean.

Now they claim the website is allowing spam due to the registration form used. However, the website does not HAVE a registration form. They say that the "wp-login.php file" is the culprit but I compared the file to the accepted WordPress file – IDENTICAL.

I would like to move the website "off" NetFirms but the hosting companies I've looked at (Go Daddy and BlueHost) both use SiteLock. I'd be changing host companies but still have the SiteLock problem..

I researched SiteLock a little and see that the BBB in Phoenix, Arizona rate SiteLock A+ but the Internet has MANY negative reports.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
