Have to change my name, not XP Pro anymore.

For the 1st one, right-click on desktop, click Personalize. At bottom of page, click Windows Color. This is like the old Appearance menu in XP.  Scroll down to "Menu" and adjust the size of the font.  That will apply to all menus, including the ones at the top of windows.

Don't know how to change Google window, but there should be something in their Help file. Click Settings in the right corner, then Search Help.
