I've used MSN for a couple years now, and recently every time I've used my passport id and open MSN messenger up, my internet connection crashes. I'm on XP Home w/SP2 and use DSL. The modem lights do not go out, so it appears the connection is still there, but I can't open up any web pages or use MSN messenger at all.

So then I downloaded Trillian to see if it was something with MSN and my computer not meshing well...but Trillian doesn't work either. I've scoured Microsoft tech support and can't seem to find a fix or a patch for this problem. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks in advance!
