I checked my sound drivers and the sound works.  mp3 and videos work.  However when i go to websites on Chrome like Youtube, the sound doesn't work.  It isn't mute either.  Only with Chrome.

My "Play sounds in webpages" are enabled under the advanced tab in Internet Options.

What else can I do?

Even though sound wasn't muted on YT, the bottom right of Windows, click sound then mixer, the Chrome application was muted.  Weird override.
