Just purchased W10 Home version to upgrade my wife's computer. What is it with this tiny flash drive that comes with the upgrade. This flash drive will not not into the USB port, will not even not into my computer. Is there some special trick to make this work? Thank you!

Tried to post an image and it was rejected. I used Tiny Pic to get the URL, still without success. I do have an image of this flash drive.

Since we still don't know the type of drive, if it's a micro style they will go in upside down and not work:

Are you able to select USB as the boot device at startup?

In the process of installing 10 right now. Had to shut down and then start up with F12 and select USB boot. Then had to go back to reg start-up and select set-p. Almost finished. Thank you for the help.
