For example,

Setting up Dynamic DNS as

Nameserver1.DynamicDNS.dds.com    -----> dynamic IP

Nameserver2.DynamicDNS.dds.com    ----->  Same dynamic IP

Then registering the Host with the registrars nameservers?

My Domain Provider only accepts IP Addresses when registering as Nameservers.

Does anyone know if this is possible by some means?

A name server must have a static IP address, this is why your registrar only accepts IP addresses. Are you trying to register your domain or setup the DNS for your A record?
