Hello there! I have been having slight computer problems for quite sometime now, but it's been the past couple of weeks that it's been a constant pain in my behind.

While gaming, my computer would shut off randomly. Powering it back on, my screen blacks out and brings me back up to the startup; OR it blue screens with a couple of different errors.

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

and

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I have here the File Collection zip and information on my computer.

· OS - Windows 8.1
· x64
· May, 2014
· OEM
· About 2 and a half years old.
·  My hard-drive died about August of last year, and I reinstalled Windows on September 28th, 2016

· CPU - AMD FX-6300 Vishera 32nm Technology

·  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti - Was installed today
· MotherBoard - Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. 970A-D3P (CPU 1)
· Power Supply - EVGA SuperNova G2 750W - was installed today

· System Manufacturer - IBUYPOWER
· Exact model number 00258-90003-93013-AAEOM

· Desktop!

If there is any help you guys can give me, it would be much appreciated!

Hi,

Please do this:

:step1: Upload MEMORY.DMP

• Press and hold the Windows Key + R on your keyboard at the same time.
• In the Run box, type in %WinDir% and hit Enter on your keyboard.
• Find the file MEMORY.DMP and copy/paste it on to your Desktop.
• Zip up MEMORY.DMP (use .ZIP please!!!) and upload it to a trustworthy file-sharing service.

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.

Sorry, but MediaFire has a bad reputation. Do you mind if use OneDrive, Google Drive, or DropBox instead?

Hello,

Unfortunately, those are minidump files — not a complete kernel memory dump file. Will you please follow my instructions very carefully in post two?

Regards,

My sincere apologies. Even following your instructions again, I am not finding the file you need. I have hidden files turned on as well.

No problem — it's not your fault. :) Since our memory dumps are three-days-old, will you please run the Sysnative File Collection App again?

Probably caused by : hardware ( nt!PsOpenProcess+4d7 )

↑↑↑ That's not a good sign. Therefore, start with these free hardware diagnostics, run them ALL please.

Let me know whether if you have any questions.
