So I have a Plantronics headset, to be more specific a Wireless gaming headset for PC, Mac, an PS4, gamecom 818
I've run into a problem after about a month of using the headset with no problems, the headset stopped working due to the usb being bumped and now doesn't connect to the computer at all.
I believe the USB is bent out of shape and that's the problem, but I'm no expert

The USB connects to my headphones without a problem, since the headphones have a solid blue light which shows that they're connected to the USB, but the computer doesn't detect that there even is a USB in it

If your headset is still under warranty you might try to get a replacement. If that fails try to get a replacement dongle. Repairs, when possible, are usually more expensive than replacements.
