Received a .mov image via email; when I open it to play (QuickTime image, it says) it's sideways; how can I rotate it and save it properly upright?

Many thanks!

https://www.google.com/#q=rotate+image+in+Irfanview&*, Irfanview is free.  Any respectable graphics editor will also enable these types of actions.
