PC Matic Removes Registry Cleaning Functionality From Default Scans

Based off of feedback we've received from several people, including members from this site, we have decided to remove the registry cleaning scan from default scans within PC Matic. The ability to perform registry cleaning is still available, for those who wish to continue to use it, however, it will need to be enabled manually.
