hal.dll. not present

hi... i have a windows xp pro sp3 and when i start windows the message is hal.dll not present or damaged.... if i try to restart windows xp, the partition it's not see, but if i go to the hard disk on the windows ok i see the file.

it's possible help me???


i have try to replace the file but the problem it's not resolve.
