[font=Trebuchet Ms][size=4]Hi, im hoping that you can help me wit ha problem that i may just have to learn to live with, on windows xp cmd application i use the runas command to install programs ect on lesser usernames, it worked a few hundred times but now i get to the stage of entering the password - BUT it wont allow me to type anything, all i can do is press enter whic hcancells the command because the password is not valid

i use:

runas /user:domain\myusername applicationiwannarun

any help would be fantastic,, thankyou

why don't you only right click on your soecific file and choose run as(You must enter a password and if your other user dosen't have a password,you cannot use this.
