Windows 7 64 bit

Using Microsoft Security Essentials

Using Malwarebytes Premium 3.05.1299

Sequence of events:

1. Email account got hacked

2. After computer shut down for month holiday - startup return displayed blue screen "Bad Pool Header". After restarting computer - all appears to be running OK.

3.  Fraud charges on credit card

Ran scan Malwarebytes - OK

Ran full system scan Microsoft Security - OK

I am still paranoid that I may be infected.  Is there anything else to run to make sure?
