I encountered a big problem, as soon as I boot up my PC, i get this notification saying "svchost.exe - this application could not be started". If I try to close it, it instantly pops back again. If I try to view information about it, it sends me to "Shim errors for the .NET Framework version and platform support" topic on microsoft page. I have checked if it is a virus via 3 different programs, but it says it's isn't a threat. Please help.

Aside from the popup is the computer usable so we can run some checks?
