Hello,

Why do you want to delete wgalogon.dll ? That one is legit - that's no parasite at all. It's related with the Microsoft Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) Notifications
http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintas...brary/wgalogon/

If you want to remove it, read here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921914/en-us

Keep in mind, everytime you update your windows, it will be back.
