Sorry if I’m in the wrong forum

Trusteer Rappor is a pain in the proverbial. I tried to uninstall it and fouled up my comp, windows 10, finally I had to do system restore to get things working again. I tried to change it in services to manual but it didn’t work, also no means of stopping it. Trying to delete files from registry, access denied. I just want the blessed thing to stop using cpu when I don’t need it. Help would be appreciated. Many thanks
