I am not experienced in computer technology. I use my computer for personal use and as I do not have near access to IT help I try to learn as much from those more experienced as I can. I would like to learn some basic computer maintenance skills but I will gladly leave the high tech stuff to the experts. I joined this site on the advice from my computer tech friend in hopes of finding a place I can trust to answer some basic questions that I can't seem to get solved.
