A few weeks ago I was attacked by (probably) Stampado.

Luckily the encryption process was interrupted and I got out easily.

I scanned my system using Avast, Malware Bytes and Trend Micro HouseCall and it looks clean now.

However, since then, I keep getting notification from Windows (7) that my automatic updates are turned off.

I keep turning it on, but after a restart I get the same message again.

I looked at services.msc for Windows Update, and the status is Automatic (Delayed), and every time I change it to Automatic it keeps changing back after a restart.

Any advice?

Thank you
