If your computer is completely infected by virus then is there any other option other than formatting?

If you think your computer is infected with adware or malware it is possible to clean the computer without reformatting and reinstalling the OS.

Does your computer show symptoms of known adware and malware problems such as excessive ads, sloooow computer, search misdirects, etc. ?
