My spouse used the dell pc and changed the password to go to windows it will not let me use f8 option or f11 option only option is f2 or f12 and it says you have to have admins password to restore defaults or do anything we are split and he won't give me password any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

If it's the password for Windows, you can do a Google search on how "lost Windows admin password". If it's the bios password, we cannot help.

Thanks for the responses I found a free software to download and that unlocked the password to windows.
