Combofix always failed to delete this Malware (Rootkit ??)

My friend computer was infected with this malware :radioactive:, when i  scan his computer with Combofix its detected this malware but when Combofix try to delete the computer restart and Malware still persist and running and not delete. When i scan again with Combofix same problem still occur and can not delete. So we just reinstall windows, please fix this problem on combofix this type of malware are more and more coming...This malware Copy is attached here for further analysis and for Combofix improvement.Malware process screen shot (http://prnt.sc/eda8wt)
