Pretty sure I brought this one on myself...

Opened an eFax from what I thought was a trusted source... it was garbage, immediately deleted and ran a MSE scan, no issues.

Two days later tried to open Chrome, Chrome hung and wouldn't respond. I.E. would run VERY slow. Uninstalled Chrome, Ran MSE, MSE found a problem, don't remember the name (.tor?? Trojan), removed. Ran MSE again and it says"preliminary scan shows malicious..." but it doesn't find anything.

Said screw it, went to do a system restore and whatever I have turned off restore and I have no restore points.

Ran TDSSKiller, it didn't find anything, ran Rkill and it only finds a tor.exe to terminate.

That is where I gave up and here I am, looking for any help!

TIA!

c:\users\Josh\AppData\Roaming\libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll

c:\users\Josh\AppData\Roaming\ssleay32.dll
c:\users\Josh\AppData\Roaming\tor.exe

Ok, was able to remove most of the junk with hijackthis and it seems to be working normally, only issue I have now are that my system restore settings are still messed up and I can't restore them. Any help appreciated.
