I click on them and that produces a list of files that appear to be corrupt and cannot be opened. The file names make no sense. They are replaced by new folders when I turn on the computer or when I delete the folder. The new folders end up with new names. I have run virus checks using Kaspersky & Malwarebytes and come up clean. Using Windows10 pro. The most recent program download is "Cybereason RansomFree". Don't know if this has any thing do to with it.

These are the 2 folder names:

 Acache50
zprogram166
