Sir, I have an 8GB Memory card which in presently in RAW file system and shows a capacity of 373GB, So how to Repair it in Windows XP-SP3.

With the SD card attached please post a screenshot of Disk Management. Do you need the data from the card?

No, i do not need data from the SD card. Disk Management shows WINDOWS WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE FORMAT.

See if you can wipe the SD card and then format.

 

Download Partition Wizard. Wipe the SD card zero fill quick. Create a primary partition and format FAT32.

 

All steps in Partition Wizard are virtual and will not complete until Apply is clicked.

After i WIPE THE SD CARD it shows Bad Disk and didn't allow me to create partition

Unfortunately the card is bad and will need to be replaced. 

 

There is a formatter for SD cards but I doubt it will work.

You can try booting a live disk of Gparted and use it to try partitioning and formatting. You need to make sure your device is selected in the upper right dropdown box or you could be formatting the wrong drive.
