can internet explorer be uninstalled and then reinstalled if so need to know how thank you

I assume Internet Explorer is not behaving itself.....

Condobloke ...Outback Australian  fed up with Windows antics...??....LINUX IS THE ANSWER....I USE LINUX MINT 18.3  EXCLUSIVELY.

I agree with TsVK! , eother Chrome or Firefox are far superior to IE

 

My choice = Firefox
