Hello,

Please provide us with MEMORY.DMP:

• Press and hold the Windows Key + R on your keyboard at the same time.
• In the Run box, type in %WinDir% and hit Enter on your keyboard.
• Find the file MEMORY.DMP and copy/paste it on to your Desktop.
• Zip up MEMORY.DMP (use .ZIP please!!!) and upload it to a trustworthy file-sharing service.

While you're waiting, try reinstalling your graphics drivers. They were blamed in one of the dumps. If possible, use the drivers CD that came with your PC; otherwise, download them from AMD's website.

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.

You had a STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bugcheck. Nothing particularly useful in the dump as far as I can tell. Can you please provide us with MEMORY.DMP again:

• Press and hold the Windows Key + R on your keyboard at the same time.
• In the Run box, type in %WinDir% and hit Enter on your keyboard.
• Find the file MEMORY.DMP and copy/paste it on to your Desktop.
• Zip up MEMORY.DMP (use .ZIP please!!!) and upload it to a trustworthy file-sharing service.

While you're waiting for a response, run Memtest86+. Please run it overnight, for at least eight passes.

Your graphics drivers and networking drivers are still being referenced in the dump. The two drivers may be conflicting with each other.

Did your computer come with a drivers disc? If so, it's worth reinstalling the graphics drivers from there.

I still have the disc but it is for Windows 7, and I have to manually update the drivers from the site. Do I need the networking drivers if I use an ethernet connection? I'm not quite sure how they work, sorry.

Yes, you'll probably need the networking drivers to use the the internet. Try this version of your networking drivers.

So it's been just over a week now and no blue screens, I was wandering if at any time I should update my graphics drivers?

Seems to be working fine for now though, so thanks!
