My HP laptop running Windows 7 has worked excellently since I received it in May 2016. Last night, I was listening to music when all of a sudden my laptop shut down and when it rebooted I got an error message right after startup.... "Non system disk or disk error replace and strike any key when ready." I have not experienced any issues like this before last night, and the laptop was not dropped or jarred in any way.

Thank you,

Arctos Lowood
