I found this site while searching for G2Adownloader info.


I'm essentially computer illiterate but got some good info reading a thread.

Just tell them what has happened.......what you have tried.......what sort of pc you have and the OS (operating system (win 7 or win 8.1 or win 10  etc etc)


Keep it shortish and to the point.
