I keep having intermittent internet throughout the day.  My hub looks OK with the usual lights on. It isn't my PC as I have the same problem with my iPad.  Any ideas what it could be please?

Many thanks for any suggestions.

Call the isp and see what they have to say.

Yes, I will be doing that if I can't find the reason, thanks.  I am reluctant to call them as they will most likely send out an engineer and if it's my fault, then I will be charged.

Not if the problem is on their side with their servers, theirs many tests they can run from their side to see if the connection is happy and it shouldn't cost anything, ask them as well if their having server problems of late and or if other people have complained about connection problems.

Yes, call your internet provider.

Have you tried restarting your modem/gateway?

Yes, I have done the restarting bit, resetting, etc.  The hub seems fine but looks like I will need to call my ISP if nobody has alternative suggestions.  It is very annoying having the internet one minute and then it's gone the next.  Blood pressure goes through the roof when it happens  :smash:

If resetting/restarting did not solve the connectivity issues on both devices then as previously posted you will need to contact your ISP. Good Luck.
