i just wanted   thank all those users.memebers for helping in install windows sp3 i was having a hell of a time installing windows xp upgrade on my   dell.  a message would pop up saying can,t find =file nvrd32sys.exe and one  of   you members  if  recalled right ,grumpy old bast ,suggested going into the BIOS and rebooting from the CD OPTION and wow it hit THE NAIL ON THE HEAD!! thank you BLEEPING COMPUTER and you members!!!
