1 Introduction
My computer may have been infected with some kind of virus. One time (the stupid bleep that I am) I downloaded an ISO drive for some kind of game I downloaded from internet and runned it.Nothing happened until I turned off my PC and runned it back on the other day.I noticed 2 icons that dissapiered from my tool bar (Microsoft Edge and one more I forgot what was on that place..). Whatsoever the second thing that I noticed is that my PC was reacting really poorly (for real I hovered my mouse over an icon and it took 20-50 seconds to highlight it). And at the time I was already thinking:"Hmmm, this is weird, because yesterday my computer worked smoothly without any interruptions." And then when I tried to open the Start menu *boom* "Critical error something went wrong with the start menu. Relog and try again" something like that. And I knew that was bullbleep, because nothing's going to change if I relog. So I was bugged for a few days then I tried to find the settings, (note that it takes my infected PC about 10 minutes to boot & prepare) but I couldn't do that without the start menu right? Yes, I knew another way of getting in the settings and that is by internet settings...saddly this virus already prepared for that aswell. So I was again in my thinking hat, trying to get to the "reset" tab in settings. I tried the control panel but it only had something to do with backup drives of some sort. After that I started looking for help on YouTube, which somewhat helped, because with the program "run" I runned cmd and entered some crap I think it was "settings" (I obviously tried to resolve the problem, note that I could right click on the start menu which brings up alot of options to pick from, that you want to run. Like I said I picked program "run".) And After 10 minutes, (average wait time of running anything on this infected PC) Settings opened up and I immediately went to reset my computer. And I did. Buuut a computer wouldn't be a computer if it didn't have any errors. It failed to reset my PC. From then I just think it's a lost cause. And probably about 2 weeks before, I noticed that my /E drive was corrupted...when I tried to open it, it said that I need to form the drive and when I did it failed.
2 Please
I'm asking anyone that has experience with these problems that I just described, to respond with some help. Please!

Do a system restore, use a restore point dated prior to this problem.

Press the windows keywindowskey_zps092d5c75.png  plus X key opens the Windows Mobility Center menu.  When the menu opens select Command Prompt (Admin.), then copy and paste the command below followed by pressing the Enter key.

rstrui.exe

When the System Restore page opens click/tap on Next and follow the instructions.

Please explain what happened.  "It didn't work for me" doesn't help me understand what happened.

It failed to restore the system. It asked me to pick another reset point but I didn't have "another one" I just had 1 restore point and the one from the restore attempt. I tried both of those and none of them worked. I really do not understand how in the hell did my PC managed to fail to reset and restore itself.

What is the make and model of this computer, and what version of Windows are you running?

Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  Clicking on this link will automatically initiate the download.

The one piece of information the Speccy will not provide is the make and model of your PSU.  If you know what it is please post this along with the Speccy link which will be generated.

When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

speccy...1png_zpsr3irze6o.png

Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.

The following screen will appear, click on Yes.

Please download and run SeaTools for Windows

Before the installation begins you will be prompted to either Decline or Accept the terms of the installation, click on I Accept.

Once the installatioSeatTools for Windows begins you will see an image similar to the one below.

seagate3_zps1fa1f71c.jpg

1.  SeaTools for Windows will search for HDDs and SSDs on your computer.  Please remove any external storage devices connected via USB ports.

2.  Detected Drives will list the HDDs and SSDs found.  Place a check mark in the drive box you want to run the scan on.  This should be the drive that has the operating system installed on it, this is usually C: drive.

3.  You will see Basic Tests toolbar above Detected Drives, move the mouse pointer over this to open the test options.  Please click on Long Generic Test

4.  This will start the scan.  When the scan is complete you will see the result under Test Status , please post the results in your topic.

 seatools4_zpsd7balf76.png

5.  The test will indicate either Pass or Fail.  Post the results of the scan in your topic.

6.  Click on Help, then click on View Log File.  If the scan failed take a screen shot of the Log File and post it in your topic.
