I have a XPS 13, a yesterday my laptop gave me the BSOD while I was browsing net on chrome. Ever since whenever I put the laptop to sleep (either by selecting sleep from power options, or closing the lid), on trying to wake the laptop it just restarts.

I was taking a look at the event viewer, and after the BSOD occurred, a couple of recurring information, and warnings started recurring. I am attaching the events of past 24 hours, during which the problem started.

The recurring events are as follows:

Win32k (Win32k), EVENT ID: 267

Kernel-Processor-Power (Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power), EVENT ID: 37

Kernel-PnP, EVENT ID: 219

Please help, how should I fix this?

Hello,

:welcome: to BleepingComputer.

The following drivers were blamed in your dumps:

ffffdd80`e2875188  fffff80f`9e4273e9Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\klflt.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for klflt.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klflt.sys
 klflt+0x73e9
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for bcmpciedhd63.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bcmpciedhd63.sys

The first driver is a Kaspersky driver. Please uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security and run their cleaning tool to remove all Kaspersky components from your system. Be sure to enable Windows Defender for protection.

The latter driver is a BroadCom WiFi driver. Please reinstall it. **DOWNLOAD LINK**

Thanks.

Hi,

I've got the same problem with my Asus F550L laptop. Can you please take a look at the reports I've attached?
