Hi My name is Tom, Recently I started getting some "random" BSOD Crashes on my Windows 10 PC I don't know what is causing it but the error is CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT but its not always that it goes to the blue screen mostly my PC just deadlocks and the only thing I can do is forcefully reboot the PC, this used to happen right after I typed my password to my PC but it seems like it fixed itself but I'm not sure and it also happens when I open the map in Arma 3 or sometimes when I open photoshop/premiere pro but then it usually deadlocks rather than going to the BSOD. what I tried so far: Completely format my SSD and reinstall windows 3 times, update my drivers to the latest version, update my BIOS to version 205, use chkdsk to try and repair my drive, surf through the WHOLE internet to try and find a fix. yet nothing has worked

My specs:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393)

CPU: Intel Core i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50 GHz (8 CPUs)

Ram: 8 GB

GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 860M 2 GB

DirectX Version: DirectX 12

PC Model: G551JM

It's an Asus ROG Laptop

I REALLY hope someone knows how to fix this because I have a Network running and the staff on there need me, I also need to get this fixed asap since I'm also in the management team and development team on an Arma 3 community and I need to be available on the as soon as I can

Hi, Tom,

Thank you for the Sysnative report, please don't worry about PerfMon.

Unfortunately, there were no dumps produced by your system. Have you been using a disk cleanup utility? I suggest you read this guide, to check whether if your computer is setup properly to produce dump files.

Please navigate to %WinDir%\LiveKernelReports and zip up the contents of that directory. Attach the zip file in your next reply. While waiting for my analysis, I suggest your get ALL available Windows Updates and run ALL these hardware diagnostics.

Thank you.

Upload the archive to a reputable file-sharing service then, such as Google Drive, DropBox, etc.

I'm very sorry to say this, but I don't use .7z files either. Please ONLY use .ZIP.

One of the dumps blamed an Intel graphics driver:

BugCheck 141, {ffffae8ddb71b010, fffff809ada12410, 0, 1bc}
Unable to load image igdkmd64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for igdkmd64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd64.sys
Probably caused by : igdkmd64.sys ( igdkmd64+12410 )

Please reinstall it.
