Go to Start...Run...and type in "services.msc" (without the quotes), then press Enter.
Scroll down the list until you get to the Diskkeeper service. Right click on it and select "Properties".
In the dropdown box in the middle of the page, ensure that the service is marked as Automatic. Then, click on the Start button in that window to restart the service.
Be aware that there may be something more than just this simple fix - let us know if you need further assistance.
