Stopped Process

I went into msconfig and noticed a process I needed is stopped.

How to I get this process to the running stage

BC AdBot (Login to Remove)

My defrag program call Diskeeper. I do not why it stopped

Go to Start...Run...and type in "services.msc" (without the quotes), then press Enter.

Scroll down the list until you get to the Diskkeeper service. Right click on it and select "Properties".

In the dropdown box in the middle of the page, ensure that the service is marked as Automatic. Then, click on the Start button in that window to restart the service.

Be aware that there may be something more than just this simple fix - let us know if you need further assistance.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
