I have watched videos on how to use the program, but I do have a problem. I am trying to control my radiator fans....the fans are on pwm 2.

Do you notice I have pwm 1-3 on the left, and pwm 1-3 on the right. The pwm 2 on the right hand side, is the one I need to control, unfortunately when I select pwm 2 for controlled by software, it only affects the pwm on the left hand side, which is completely worthless to me. Please help me figure this out, because my radiator fans do not need to be at full blast all the time.
