What version of Windows 7 are you trying to install?

It has been previously pointed out...that 1GB RAM will probably not allow a satisfactory install of anything but 32-bit Win 7.

Try this Method - Read it Thouroughly   https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-clean-install-windows-7-2624917

If it fails at any point , let us know at which Point ?

Also if your current Hard Drive has any errors or its failing , this can stall any installation.

Then you may have to slave it to a working PC and run chkdsk /f { To Fix errors } or chkdsk /r { To repair bad Sectors }

Firstly i would upgrade your Ram as stated previously to at least 2 Gig / prefer 4 Gig if you can.

Can you try another Hard Drive in the PC as a test , if the other is faulty.

Also double check your Install Media or try on a Test Machine if you have one , or re download them.

As for failing each time at the Slash Screen , could be the Media Installation , or a bad hard drive sector at that point.

Trial and Error to determine as i stated above , or remove the drive and slave it to a working PC and run some  HD Diagnostics.

Why i need to upgrade my RA,  as 1GB is minimum for 32-bit installation. Also i don't have another hard drive to check.

Thanks

You have valid licenses and media for all these attempted installs?  You have install disks for each version mentioned?

Is XP still on the hard drive?  You do not have sufficient room to install Win 7 if the XP install remains.

If nothing is on the hard drive, let us know that.

As previously stated...then the install media is the only item which can be ruled out.  The amount of RAM...and the condition of the hard drive...are apparent variables which must considered in trying to find out what is going wrong.  Beyond that, I just don't have anything that is going to solve your situation.
