Windows 10 virus ????

I have been through 5 laptops since September, all of which have somehow gotten a virus. The virus takes over as an Admin and changes programs, adds user profiles, and although I can use system restore, it never really wipes everything out back to the actual factory, because the user's still are in the memory etc, under a duplicate Program folder.....I thought it might be in the modem/router, so I got a new one from my internet provider, I have had Norton, Windows Defender and McAfee and have run them all.....as well as Kaspersky...I am at my wits end.....I just want to be able to use my laptop for more than a few hours without any problems....I'm a nurs[¡ 64103304]
e, not a techie....now I am looking at "system disabled, code [¡ 64103304].
