Hey i think i got some virus in my pc i dont know how windows defender is closed and i cant update or open it closes automatically and i found those 2 programs in my control panel what do i do ?

I have win 10 x64 education

Do you have antivirus installed? If not then install one ( there are many links and helpful guides on here on how to do so). Windows defender isn't the best thing to use.

Once you have followed those instructions post back here telling us what other problem(s) still exist.
