Looks like its about to get interesting on the AMD topic, if this is for real Intel going to be running for cover.
 
Keep in mind as well all the cpu are going to be unlocked and if so ill take the Ryzan 5 1300 @ $175 and overclock it to 5000mgz mohahaaa

Yeah, Intel is already on panic mode. AMD did this well. AMD promised "something like Sandy Bridge performance", 95W TDP for 8 cores and "low power manufacturing tech" (=low clocks) for decent price.

 

Now we have "something like Skylake performance", 95W TDP with automatic overclocking and "low power manufacturing process" is capable for 3.8 GHz @ 95W with awesome price.

 

Well done AMD!

For now it seems Ryzen will be on par with Intel CPU's (depending on models of course) but Ryzen has much better prices and much cheaper motherboards (vs LGA20xx) or much better motherboards (vs LGA11xx).
