So I got a fairly new computer at hand and whilst doing some gaming earlier, nothing too major. It randomly shut down and froze up, promptly a restart that didn't even occur. Now even when I power it up, nothing boots up and the screen stays black. Here is the parts I got.

AMD FX-8350

Asus 970 MOBO

8gb ddr3
Fractal Design effekt 700w
GTX 1060 6gb

I am leaning on the PSU but I'm not all too sure how to test it to see if that is the issue.
