I need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader. Apparently, since I have Creative Cloud installed I have to install Reader as a Creative Cloud App rather than a stand alone program. Is this correct?

When I try to install Reader through Creative Cloud I receive the following error message:

DW003: third party load installer Adobe Acrobat \ setup.exe failed with exit code 1603

Any ideas what this means?

How can I install Reader?
