I believe your BSODs are caused by your Realtek RT640 NT Driver:

ffffd802`0216a068 fffff80d`f5df4eecUnable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\rt640x64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for rt640x64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for rt640x64.sys

Please reinstall your Realtek network adapter. I believe this is the download link for your drivers, if it is the RTL8169 model. Be certain that it is.

Thank you.

If I do not reply in two days, please message me.
