When I start my software application, this error comes out:

"Exception ERegistryException in module rtl70.bpl at 0004F53A. Failed to set data for 'D3'."

From another post in https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/475649/rtl70bpl-missing-from-explorerexe/

Here is my autoruns.txt file: http://www.uploadmb.com/dw.php?id=1486772342

I have run sfc /scannow and it says no errors found.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Turns out my program gets working again! I googled what is ERegistryException and found that it is error to read/write registry keys due to limited permissions.

I changed permissions in regedit and also ran my program as administrator, now the error is gone!
