I haven't had a reply in over 5 days so I re-read the instructions to make certain I didn't do something incorrect. I noticed I did not name the perfmon file correctly.  I have since re-ran the cmd.exe and saved a new file.  I have attached both files.  Thanks

Sorry for not responding earlier. We're a bit overwhelmed! :)

Please reinstall your NVIDIA graphics drivers:

As you can see nvlddmkm was listed in the call stack. **DOWNLOAD LINK** Sometimes using older, compatible drivers does the trick. Only problem is that I'm not sure whether if they're compatible with Windows 10, but time will tell... When installing the drivers, please perform a Custom Installation. You should only install the Graphics Drivers and PhysX software. :exclame: DO NOT INSTALL ANY 3D DRIVERS!!!

Sorry for my long delay on getting back to you.  I did not get a notification that this post had been replied to so I apologize.  I see a few drivers that NVIDIA as the vendor.  Do I want to download the Chipset Driver, the VGA Driver or the VGA Drive (GT520)?  All three??  Thanks

No problem. Just get the "VGA driver". It may or may not work, since it's for Windows 7 though...

I ran and installed both of the VGA driver files.  One said they installed correctly and the other said that "Failed to find any installed components".

The display is running fine.  I actually have not witnessed a BSOD in a few days.  Fingers crossed!!
