hello i cant start my windows seven desktop and says tests are good

when i went to start computer it just goes as far as starting windows but nothing please help me i am a new learner and just bought this thing used, but worked fine till now. PLEASE HELP  STRANDED??

What Tests are you referring to / as per Title Heading ? 

 

Post the Make and Model which will help further.

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode.

 

Is it under any Warranty ?
