I am running Windows 10 and using Windows Live Mail

Client to connect to my Gmail account using POP. I have 18 emails in

Inbox and when ever I try to delete them I get and error message - "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occerred. Please try again."

No matter how many times I try, I can't delete them or move them.

I have gone to Gmail site but they aren't in Inbox or anywhere there.

I also looked in email folders under C:/users/myusername/appdata/microsoft/windows live mail but they aren't there.

I also looked in registry and found no reference.

I have run a repair on Windows Live Essentials and they were still there.

Can anyone offer any other suggestions to solve this problem?
