Hello- continually getting a irql_not_less_or_equal. I can boot into windows and sometimes it will work for 15 min to an hour before crashing. See below/attached for more information. I cannot get the Perfmon to give an output report...Really appreciate the help! I should also add that I ran memory and HDD diagnostics...came up normal/no errors. Also can't point to any recent installations or hardware changes.

· Windows 10 (originally installed I think? honestly can't remember)
· x64
· Full retail
· 2-3 years
· Age of OS installation - no/not recently

· Intel i7 4820k cpu 3.70 ghz
· nvidia geforce gtx 770
· MotherBoard - not sure how to determine this
· Power Supply - not sure how to determine this

HP ENVY Phoenix 810-250se CTO Desktop PC

Unfortunately it appears that the system has pirated software.
Please get a legitimate copy installed and we'll be glad to help.

Here's suggestions on how to ensure that your version is legitimate:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/genuine

Please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

As a courtesy, I will offer an analysis of your issues using the reports you provided.
I will not answer any questions about the analysis until the system is made legitimate.
If you do make it legitimate, please submit a new set of reports for us to check.

Just FYI, sometimes the owner won't know about this.  So here's 2 scenarios that might ring a bell:
- if they had a "friend" help with the computer - and the "friend" installed a pirated copy.
- or they used a copy that they had from another OEM computer.  The OEM license is tied to the hardware that it came from - so you can't just use it on another system (that means that it's pirated).

And here's the analysis:

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 8.19) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

This device is disabled in Device Manager:

NVIDIA High Definition Audio    HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0040&SUBSYS_10DE1058&REV_1001\5&23F31EFC&0&0001    This device is disabled.

Please re-enable it, then update the nVidia drivers from the HP website, then feel free to disable it again AFTER you have updated it.

Out of the last 18 memory dumps there were 7 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
Please finish ALL of them and let us know the results

Please uninstall your PlayOn Virtual Audio Device.  It's driver (povrtdev.sys) dates from 2010 - well before W10 was released (29 July 2015)

Please uninstall your Logitech Device(s), as their drivers date from 2012 and 2014

Feel free to reinstall the latest, W10 compatible version once you're finished troubleshooting

Beyond this I have these 700000 suggestions:
1.  Get ALL available Windows Updates.  It may take several trips to get them all
2.  Get ALL available, compatible updates for your system from the manufacturer's website (to include BIOS/UEFI).
3.  Try this free tool from Kaspersky to update some common applications:  https://support.kaspersky.com/11827
4.  Get ALL available, compatible updates for the programs and any additional hardware installed on your computer from the developer's website
5.  Start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
6.  If ALL of the hardware tests pass, then you'll have to try reinstalling Windows "clean" in order to rule out problems with Windows and any 3rd party programs.

7.  If the problem still recurs, then try this procedure to help rule out the problem device(s):  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html
