Just revisited a site that I've used before some years ago but now it shows "This site may harm your computer" on the search result. For some reason my Kaspersky showed green arrow so didn't notice the warning on the bottom. when I clicked it showed another warning page to proceed or go back.

Hopefully I'm not infected with some rubbish malware or spyware.

I'm not that clever on PCs.

What the best way to check ??

I've done the Malwarebytes scan (free version) and also my Kaspersky but nothing found.

Any way to mannualy check ??

This is a Google Chrome message. There are numerous similar reports by others...see here.

"This site may harm your computer" notification

You'll see the message "This site may harm your computer" beneath the site URL when we think the site you're about to visit might allow programs to install malicious software on your computer.

If you did not go to the blocked site you should be ok. If you did and need individual assistance with malware infection, you should start a new topic in the Am I infected? What do I do? forum.

Thanks.

I use firefox.

When I clicked the result it brought the warning page that said "go back to previous page".
