I have been trying to reinstall windows 7 through a USB drive but my computer never manages to fully boot up. It gets to the point of "Starting Windows" before it shuts down and restarts itself. Nothing I have been able to do seems to be able to avoid this.

I have tried starting in safe mode and disabling auto-shutdown on failure, but neither makes a difference, it still just instantly restarts without showing any error codes or anything.

I honestly have no idea what to do at this point.

My hypothesis is that one of your drivers isn't loading properly, thus causing the restart. Please run Startup Repair THREE TIMES (follow the instructions exactly!):

Running Startup Repair once is pretty useless most of the time.

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.
