Right-click on your cd drive and select burn to disc?

Make sure that you insert a disc first.

Thank you both.

After more fiddling around I've just found the answer to how to burn the file to disc. It's odd how many times I've spend an hour or more trying to work out some problem myself - without success, and then soon after asking others for a little help - I find the solution by further fiddling around.
